微生物检验在感染性疾病患者预防和诊断治疗中的临床价值

摘要：

摘要：目的观察和探讨微生物检验在感染性疾病患者的预防和诊断治疗中的作用及价值。方法选取我院2015年3月~2016年12月收治的120例尿路感染患者作为研究对象，将他们中段尿进行培养后，分离出大肠埃希氏菌总计120株。随机将120株大肠埃希氏菌分为观察组（60株）与对照组（60株），观察组给予微生物检验，而对照组则不给予任何处理。通过两组菌株的感染控制效果对比，来总结微生物检验在感染性疾病患者的预防和诊断治疗中的作用及临床价值。结果观察组患者感染程度比对照组要明显轻很多，差异有统计学意义（P＜005）。结论微生物检验对医院的感染控制能起到十分可观的效果，并且在病原菌的监测与传播途径的预测上也有很好的效果，值得临床推广及应用。关键词：微生物；检验；感染性疾病；预防

Abstract：ObjectiveTo observe and evaluate the role of microbiological examination in prevention,diagnosis and treatment of patients with infectious diseases MethodsFrom March 2015 to December 2016,120 cases of urinary tract infection were selected as the research object After middle urine cultivated,a total of 120 strains of ehbacteria was isolated and be randomly divided into observation group（n=60）and control group（n=60),which in observation group were undertaken microorganism inspection,and in control group were not given any treatment Compared infection control effect of two groups，prevention,diagnosis,treatment and its clinical value were summarized by microbiological examination in patients with infectious diseases ResultsThe infection degree in the observation group was much lighter than that in the control group,the difference was statistical significance（P＜005) ConclusionThe microorganism inspection has very significant effect on the hospital infection control,and also has very good effect on the pathogen monitoring and prediction of transmission route,be worthy of clinical promotion and applicationKey Words:Microbes; Inspection; Infectious diseases; Prevention
