bstract：ObjectiveTo study the current situation of emergency response capacity with occupational health of Fundamental Disease Prevention and Control System in Guizhou,so as to provide scientific basis for health administration departments and governments at all levels to further strengthen occupational disease prevention and control MethodsBy means of questionnaire,descriptive analysis,chi\|square test,the present situation of emergency response capability about occupational health of primary disease control in Guizhou province was analyzed ResultsPrimary disease control lacked emergency agencies of occupational health,lacked conventional the contingency plan,normalization\|standardization management and the well\|trained specialty emergency personnel,lacked special funds,reserves of goods and materials for possible emergencies ConclusionIt is of vital realistic significance to improve the ability of emergency response,and it is urgent to speed up the construction and improvement of the  emergency system to occupational disease in our provinceKey Words:Fundamental Disease Prevention and Control System；Occupational health；Emergency response；Current situation；Investigation
