摘要：目的 观察槐耳颗粒联合XELOX方案治疗晚期胃癌的疗效。方法选取60例Ⅳ期胃癌患者，随机分为实验组（槐耳颗粒联合XELOX方案化疗）和对照组（XELOX方案化疗），每组各30例。比较两组患者的疗效、化疗不良反应及化疗前后生活质量的差异。结果两组患者的治疗有效率比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞005）。实验组在骨髓抑制、肝功能损害及其他不良反应方面明显低于对照组，组间比较差异有统计学意义（P＜005）。化疗2、3周期后，SF\|36生活质量评分实验组明显高于对照组，组间比较差异有统计学意义（P＜005）。结论槐耳颗粒可增强XELOX方案治疗晚期胃癌患者的近期疗效，改善晚期胃癌患者的生活质量。关键词：胃癌；槐耳颗粒；生活质量 |

The study of therapeutic effect of huaier granule combined with XELOX regimen in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer

Abstract：ObjectiveTo investigate therapeutic effect of Huaier granule combined with XELOX regimen in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer MethodsA total of 60 patients with stage Ⅳgastric cancer were randomly assigned into experimental group（received Huaier granule with XELOX chemotherapy）and control group（received XELOX chemotherapy），30 patients in each group The therapeutic effects，adverse reactions in chemotherapy and quality of life before and after chemotherapy between the two groups were compared ResultsThere was no statistically significant differences（P＞005）between the experimental group and the control group in the effective rate There were significantly less effect in the experimental group than the control group in myelosuppression，hepatic function and had fewer adverse reactions，and their differences had statistically significant（P＜005） SF\|36 scale scores after 2\|3 cycles of chemotherapy in the experimental group had obviously higher than the control group and the differences had statistically significant（P＜005）ConclusionHuaier granule can remarkably enhance the therapeutic effect of XELOX regimen in treating advanced gastric cancer and excellently improve the quality of lifeKey Words:Gastric cancer；Huaier granule；Quality of life
