血清性激素及5\|羟色胺在更年期抑郁患者体内的表达及临床价值

摘要：

摘要：目的对更年期抑郁女性血清性激素和5\|羟色胺检测水平的临床价值进行深入分析。方法对照组60例为我院安排体检的健康围绝经期女性，观察组90例为我院就诊的更年期抑郁女性，对比两组血清卵泡刺激素、雌二醇及5\|羟色胺检测数值。结果观察组血清卵泡刺激素检测值与对照组比较明显较高，血清雌二醇和5\|羟色胺检测值与对照组比较明显较低，差异均有统计学意义（P＜005）。结论雌激素和5\|羟色胺表达水平在女性更年期抑郁患者体内明显下降，卵泡刺激素水平明显升高，可以适当采用激素替代疗法。关键词：卵泡刺激素；雌二醇；5\|羟色胺；更年期；抑郁

Abstract：ObjectiveTo analyze the clinical value of serum sex hormone and serotonin in menopausal depressive women MethodsSixty patients in the control group were healthy menopausal women，90 patients from our hospital in menopausal depression women were observation group The values of serum follicle\|stimulating hormone，estradiol and serotonin detection were compared in the two groups ResultsThe level of serum FSH in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group The serum estradiol and serotonin levels in the observation group were significantly lower than that in the control group（P＜005）ConclusionEstrogen and serotonin levels in female menopausal depression patients decrease significantly，follicle\|stimulating hormone levels significantly increase，so appropriate hormone replacement therapy can be usedKey Words:Follicle\|stimulating hormone;Estradiol;Serotonin;Menopause;Depression
