彩色多普勒超声检测移植肾动脉血流阻力指数预测其远期预后

摘要：目的应用彩色多普勒超声检测早期移植肾动脉血流阻力指数（RI）并探讨其对远期预后的影响。方法对299例肾移植术后患者的资料进行回顾分析及门诊随访至少3个月。将入选病例分为A组（RI≥08）和B组（RI＜08）。结果与B组相比较，A组病例在接受肾移植手术时的年龄和供肾者年龄更大（P＜0001），术前存在更严重的蛋白尿（P=001）。移植肾RI与供肾者年龄、受肾者年龄及24小时尿蛋白量之间存在相关关系（P＜005）。A组患者术后移植肾存活率明显低于B组（P＜0001）。结论彩色多普勒超声检测早期移植肾动脉血流RI可对其远期移植肾存活进行预测。关键词：彩色多普勒超声；肾移植；阻力指数

Abstract：ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of the early transplanted renal arterial resistance index（RI）measured by color Doppler ultrasound on the long\|term prognosis influence．MethodsThe data of 299 patients after renal transplantation were retrospectively analyzed and followed at least three months The cases were divided into group A（RI≥08）and group B（RI＜08） ResultsCompared with group B subjects，the patients of group A and the donor age were older at the time of transplant（P＜0001）and higher proteinuria（P=0010） The RI of transplanted kidneys were related with recipient，donor age and proteinuria of 24 hours（P＜005） The survival rate of transplanted kidneys in group A was significantly lower than that in group B ConclusionsEarly measurement of RI by color Doppler ultrasound after renal transplantation can predict long\|term graft and recipients survival．Key Words:Color Doppler ultrasound；Renal transplantation；Resistance index
