Abstract:Objective To understand the clinical distribution characteristics of candida infection in aseptic conditions, and to analyze the drug resistance and provide basis for the rational use of antifungal agents. Method A total of 121 strains of Candida isolated from clinical sterile body fluids were collected from January 2012 to August 2017. The French Merriot VITEK-2 Compact automatic microbiological identification system and the yeast antimicrobial test strip (ATB FUNGUL 3), and the data were analyzed statistically. Results Sterile body infection of Candida was mainly Candida albicans, Candida parapsilosis, Candida tropicalis, Candida glabrata, etc. Among them, urine and other body fluids to infection Candida albicans mainly; while the blood to the infection Candida parapsilosis; Candida was the least sensitive to azole drugs, non-azole drugs can be okay. Conclusion Sterile body fluid infection Candida albicans and Candida albicans mostly, other Candida have an upward trend; Candida resistant strains are continuing go appear, five kinds of anti-fungal drug sensitivity rate is constantly changing.
