Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of chyle blood specimens on detection of HBV-DNA by TMA. Methods HBV-DNA was diluted with normal blood specimens and moderate- severe chyle blood specimens. Taken the minimum two dilution gradient with HBV-DNA detection rate less than 100% as the final detection concentration. Each experiment was detected by TMA nonreactive acid test platform for 10 times, by the detection rate of HBV-DNA, to analyze whether chyle blood effect the detection rate of HBV-DNA. Results HBV dilution at 1∶320, the detection rate in normal specimens was 95.83%, and in moderate-severe chyle group was 80%; HBV dilution at 1∶640, the detection rate in normal specimens was 84.17%, while in moderate-severe chyle group was 67.5%; The difference was statistically significant (P<0.01). Conclusion Moderate-severe chyle blood specimens effect on the detection rate of low concentration HBV-DNA by TMA, the blood supply system should strengthen the management of moderate-severe chyle blood specimens, and ensure the detection quality of nucleic acid.
