复合维生素B联合叶酸治疗急性冠脉综合征的疗效评价

摘要：目的探讨叶酸联合复合维生素B治疗急性冠脉综合征的疗效。方法选取我院2017年1月至2018年1月入院的80例急性冠脉综合征患者,随机分为实验组与对照组，对照组给予常规治疗，实验组在常规治疗基础上加用叶酸与复合维生素B，比较两组炎症因子及同型半光氨酸（HCY）水平。结果实验组患者治疗后炎症因子白介素-2（IL-2）、白介素-6（IL-6）、肿瘤坏死因子（TNF-α）、低密度脂蛋白（LDL）、C反应蛋白（CRP）及HCY均显著性低于对照组。结论叶酸联合复合维生素B治疗对急性冠脉综合征的炎症因子疗效显著，并表现出潜在的抗炎作用。

Abstract：Objective To explore the effect of folic acid combined with multivitamin B on acute coronary syndrome. Methods 80 cases with acute coronary syndrome in hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were randomly divided into experimental and control groups. The patients in control group were given conventional treatment and in experimental group were given folic acid and vitamin B based on conventional treatment. The levels of inflammatory factor and homocysteine（HCY） were compared in two groups. Results Interleukin 2（IL - 2）, interleukin 6（IL - 6）, tumor necrosis factor （TNF-α）, low density lipoprotein（LDL） and C-reactive protein（CPR）and HCY after treatment in experimental group were significantly lower than that in control group. Conclusion Folic acid combined with multivitamin B has remarkable curative effect for inflammatory cytokines of acute coronary syndrome treatment and shows potential anti-inflammatory effects.
