Abstract：Objective To explore the clinical effect of interventional treatment of vascular access dysfunction in different ways. Method From October 2014 to May 2017, 35 patients with maintenance hemodialysis vascular access dysfunction in our hospital were studied. All patients were treated with percutaneous balloon dilatation angioplasty, of which 27 cases were femoral artery puncture, artery puncture in 8 cases. To compare the improvement of vascular access function before and after interventional therapy and evaluate the efficacy. Results The success rate of the arterial puncture was 97.14%, the success rate of the interventional operation was 100%, the postoperative blood vessel diameter and the hemodialysis blood flow were significantly improved, the difference was statistically significant（P＜0.05）. Conclusion Percutaneous balloon dilated angioplasty and angioplasty can effectively improve the occlusion of vascular stenosis. It is an effective means to treat the failure of vascular access in maintenance hemodialysis. Femoral and brachial artery puncture have advantages and disadvantages. The puncture path should be selected according to the actual situation, so as to ensure the smooth operation and the ideal effect.
