健康体检人群幽门螺杆菌感染调查及其对血脂血糖代谢的影响*

摘要：

摘要：目的探讨上海某地区健康体检人群幽门螺杆菌(Helicobacter pylori，Hp)感染状况及其对血脂血糖代谢的影响。方法采用13C
或14C 尿素呼气试验（13C urea breath /14C urea breath test,13C-UBT/14C-UBT）对2015 年1 月至2017 年12 月健康体检者1279 例进行Hp 感染的
检测，分析体检人群Hp 感染的性别、年龄分布特点，比较Hp 阳性组与阴性组体质指数（BMI）、总胆固醇（TC）、甘油三酯（TG）、高密度脂蛋
白胆固醇（HDL-C）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-C）、空腹血糖（FBG）、血清白蛋白（Alb）、血红蛋白（Hb）及C 反应蛋白（CRP）。结果本
组对象的总体Hp 感染率为47.1%，其中男性为56.3%，女性为43.7%，性别间差异无统计学意义（P ＞0.05）；各年龄段Hp 感染率不同，但差异
均无统计学意义（均P ＞0.05）；两组BMI、TG、HDL-C、Hb、Alb 组间比较差异均无统计学意义（均P ＞0.05），Hp 阳性组TC、LDL-C、FBG、
CRP 显著高于Hp 阴性组（均P ＜0.05）。结论Hp 感染对血脂、血糖代谢有一定的影响，但仍需深入研究。

Abstract：Objective To investigate the status of Helicobacter pylori（Hp）infection in population of health physical examination and its effect on
metabolism blood lipid and blood glucose. Methods The Hp infections in 1279 healthy subjects from January 2015 to December 2017 were detected
by 13C or 14C urea breath test（13C-UBT/14C -UBT）and the distribution characteristics of Hp infection were analyzed in terms of gender and age. The
body mass index（BMI）, total cholesterol（TC）, triglyceride（TG）, high- density lipoprotein cholesterol（HDL- C）, low- density lipoprotein cholesterol
（LDL-C）, fasting blood glucose（FBG）, Serum albumin（Alb）, hemoglobin（Hb）, and C reactive protein（CRP）were compared between Hp positive and
negative groups. Results The total infection rate of Hp in the physical examination population was 47.1%, including 49.3% for males and 44.4% for
females. There was no significant difference between males and females（P ＞0.05）. The infection rates of Hp were different in all age groups, but no
significant differences（P ＞0.05 respectively）. There were no significant differences between Hp positive and negative groups in BMI,TG , HDL-C, Hb,
and Alb（P ＞0.05 respectively）. TC, LDL-C, FBG, and CRP in Hp-positive group were significantly higher than those in Hp-negative group（P ＜0.05
respectively）. Conclusion There were some effects of Hp infection on blood lipids and blood glucose metabolism, but the further studies were still
needed.
