辽宁省2012—2014年健康人群脊髓灰质炎抗体水平监测分析

摘要：目的了解辽宁省健康人群脊髓灰质炎（脊灰）中和抗体水平，为科学评估疾病发生风险及疫苗免疫效果、及时调整免疫策略提供依据。方法采集不同年龄段的健康人群血清，用微量中和法进行中和抗体测定。结果脊灰Ⅰ型、Ⅱ型、Ⅲ型抗体阳性率分别为96.79%、97.15%、95.15%；几何平均滴度（GMT）分别为1∶104.36、1∶80.98、1∶58.38。不同年龄组健康人群脊灰抗体GMT差异有统计学意义，抗体水平总体趋势随年龄增长而下降。全省不同地区抗体阳性率分布不均，不同地区抗体阳性率有显著差异。结论辽宁省近几年健康人群有较高的脊灰免疫水平，已形成有效地免疫保护屏障。

Abstract：Objective To understand the level of polio neutralizing antibody among healthy population in Liaoning Province, and provide evidence for scientific assessment of disease risk and vaccine immune effect, and timely adjustment of immunization strategy. Methods Blood serum in different ages among healthy population was collected and the neutralization antibody was tested by micro-neutralization. Results The neutralizing antibodies positive rates for polio I, II and III were 96.79%, 97.15%, 95.15% and the geometric mean antibody titers (GMT) were 1∶104.36, 1∶80.98, 1∶58.38 respectively. The GMT were significantly associated with age, which was decreased with the age increasing. The distribution of antibody positive rates in different regions of the province was uneven, and there were significant differences in antibody positive rates in different regions. Conclusion The positive rates and GMT of polio antibody are maintaining a high-level in Liaoning, and it has formed an effective immune protection barrier.
