针刺腧穴联合硝矾散熏洗坐浴缓解混合痔术后疼痛的临床观察

摘要：目的观察针灸配合硝矾散坐浴缓解混合痔术后疼痛的疗效。方法将152例混合痔术后患者随机均分成两组，观察组用针刺腧穴配合硝矾散熏洗坐浴，对照组用硝矾散熏洗坐浴，对比术后24、48、72、96 h两组患者疼痛积分和有效率。结果第48 h开始观察组疼痛积分明显低于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05），且观察组有效率为97.37%高于对照组的86.84%。结论针刺腧穴联合硝矾散熏洗坐浴缓解混合痔术后疼痛确有疗效。

Abstract：Objective To eobserving the effect of acupuncture combined with fumigation and sitz bath with nitrification powder on relieving pain after mixed hemorrhoids surgery. Method 152 patients with mixed hemorrhoids were randomly divided into two groups. The patients in observation group was treated with acupuncture combined with fumigation and sitz bath with nitrification powder, and in the control group was treated with fumigation and sitz bath with nitrification powder. The pain score and effectiveness in both groups were compared in 24h, 48h, 72h, 96h after operation. Results The pain score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group from the 48th hour （P＜0.05）, and the effective rate of the observation group was 97.37%, was higher than the control group （86.84%）. Conclusion Acupuncture combined with fumigation and sitz bath with nitrification powder is effective on relieving pain after mixed hemorrhoids surgery.
