Abstract:Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of different dose of gamma globulin combined with glucocorticoid in treatment of children with idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura(ITP). Methods 668 children with ITP in our hospital from February 2010 to February 2018 were enrolled in the observation group and the control group randomly, with 34 cases in each group. gamma globulin 200 mg/(kg·d)combined with glucocorticoid were treated in observation group, and gamma globulin 400 mg/(kg·d)combined with glucocorticoids were used in the control group. The clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared. Results There were no significant differences in rise time of platelet, recovery time of platelet and treatment efficiency rate between two groups(P>0.05). The average medical cost of observation group was lower than that of control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Different dose of gamma globulin with glucocorticoid have similar clinical efficacy and safety for ITP, but the treatment cost of observation group is lower than that of the control group.
