血细胞参数对儿童非难治性肺炎支原体肺炎的预测价值

摘要：目的验证和比较中性粒细胞百分比（N%）、淋巴细胞百分比（L%）、中性粒细胞与淋巴细胞比值（NLR）及C-反应蛋白对儿童非难治性肺炎支原体肺炎（MPP）的预测价值。方法选取MPP患儿114例，根据胸片表现不同分为大叶性肺炎组和支气管肺炎组。入院初检测血常规、CRP。结果大叶性肺炎组N%、NLR和CRP高于支气管肺炎组，L%低于支气管肺炎组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。ROC曲线分析显示，N%、L%、NLR和CRP诊断非难治性MPP的曲线下面积分别为0.615、0.627、0.624、0.655，组间比较差异均无统计学意义（均P＞0.05）。结论 4种血细胞参数均对非难治性MPP具有一定预测价值。

Abstract：Objective To validate and compare the prediction value of neutrophil percentage（N%）, lymphocyte percentage（L%）, neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio（NLR）, and C-reactive protein for children with non-refractory mycoplasma pneumoniae（MPP）. Method 114 children with MPP were enrolled and divided into lobar pneumonia group and bronchopneumonia group according to different chest radiographs. Blood routine and CRP were detected at the beginning of admission. Results N%, NLR and CRP in the lobar pneumonia group were higher than those in the bronchial pneumonia group, and L% was lower than that in the bronchial pneumonia group（P＜0.05）. ROC curve analysis showed that the areas under the curve of N%, L%, NLR and CRP for the diagnosis of non-refractory MPP were 0.615, 0.627, 0.624, 0.655 respectively. There was no significant difference between the groups（P＞0.05）. Conclusion All four blood cell parameters have certain predictive value for non-refractory MPP.
