Abstract:Objective To observe the clinical effect of hypertonic saline combined with stoma powder in the treatment of senile diabetic incontinence associated dermatitis. Methods Ninety-six cases of senile diabetic incontinence associated dermatitis were randomly divided into control group (n=47) and experimental group (n=49). The control group was treated with routine zinc oxide ointment, and the experimental group was treated with hypertonic saline combined with stoma powder. The curative effect, healing time and recurrence of dermatitis were observed in the two groups. Results The treatment effect of incontinence associated dermatitis in experimental group was significantly better than that in control group, the healing time of incontinence associated dermatitis in experimental group was significantly shorter than that in control group, and the recurrence rate of incontinent-associated dermatitis in experimental group was obvious. It was lower than that in the control group. Conclusion The treatment of senile diabetic incontinence associated dermatitis with hypertonic saline combined with stoma powder can improve the clinical efficacy, shorten the healing time and reduce the recurrence rate,Reducing the economic burden of elderly patients.
