Abstract:Objective To investigate the MRI manifestations and characteristics of common ovarian tumors and improve the accuracy of preoperative diagnosis of ovarian tumors. Methods The MRI findings of 30 cases of ovarian tumors confirmed by surgery and pathology were retrospectively analyzed, and the tumor location, morphology, margin, signal, enhancement features and concomitant signs were observed. Results In 30 patients of ovarian tumors, there were 11 cases of cystadenoma, 8 cases of ovarian cancer, 3 cases of sexual cord interstitial tumor, 6 cases of germ cell tumor, and 2 cases of metastatic tumor. Conclusion MRI examination is an important method for the diagnosis and preoperative evaluation of ovarian tumors. MRI plays an important role in the diagnosis of benign and malignant ovarian tumors and pathological types.
