Abstract:Objective To analyze the clinical effect of combined hysteroscopy and laparoscopy on the treatment of tubal infertility. Methods 45 selected patients with tubal infertility in our hospital were treated by hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopy, causes and surgical effects were analyzed. Results Among this group of patients, there were 25 patients with primary infertility and 20 patients with secondary infertility. There was no statistically significant difference in the various causes of the two groups(both P>0.05); in 74 tubal blockages, 58 pieces were successfully dredged through surgery, and the dredging rate was 78.4%; 25 cases of successful pregnancy after surgery, the success rate was 55.6%. Conclusion Hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopy for tubal infertile can accurately judge the causes of infertility with a high fallopian tube dredging rate and improve the pregnancy rate.
