IL-23、Th17及CCL-20的表达与原发性免疫性血小板减少症之间的关系*

摘要：

目的检测成人原发性免疫性血小板减少症（ITP）患者外周血Th17、IL-23、CCL-20的细胞比，以期为ITP的细胞免疫提供治疗依据。方法选取2017年5月至2019年2月本院的成人ITP患者45例作为ITP组，同期健康成人45例作为正常对照组。采用流式细胞术检测辅助性T细胞17（Th17）细胞百分比，ELISA法检测白介素-23（IL-23）、人巨噬细胞炎性蛋白3a（CCL-20），分析成人ITP患者外周血Th17、IL-23细胞比例变化与其受体CCL-20的相关性及与疾病发生的关系。结果 ITP患者Th17、IL-23、CCL-20比例高于对照组。结论外周血中Th17、IL-23、CCL-20比例失衡与成人ITP患者的发病有关。

Abstract：Objective To detect the cell ratio of Th17, IL-23and CCL-20 in peripheral blood of adult patients with primary immunologic thrombocytopenia（ITP）in order to provide theoretical basis for ITP cell immunity. Methods From May 2017 to February 2019, 45 adult patients of ITP in our hospital were selected as ITP group and 45 healthy adults as control group. The percentage of Th17 was detected by flow cytometry, IL-23 and CCL-20 were detected with Elisa. The correlation between the cell ratio of Th17, IL23 in peripheral blood of adult ITP patients and the receptor CCL-20, and the relationship with the occurrence of disease were analyzed. Results The ratio of Th17、IL-23、CCL-20 in ITP group were higher than those in control group. Conclusion The imbalance of Th17, IL-23, CCL-20 in peripheral blood is related to the incidence of ITP in adult patients.
