Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and aesthetic value of needle laparoscopic cholecystectomy(NLC)in the patients with chronic cholecystitis. Methods The clinical data of 57 cases of NLC and 65 cases of conventional laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC)in the department of general surgery at our hospital were analyzed retrospectively from January 2014 to January 2018. The operation time, peri-operative bleeding, length of incision, the degree of wound pain and postoperative hospital stay in the two groups were compared. Results All patients completed surgery, 2 cases convert NLC to LC due to difficult dissection of gallbladder triangle. There were no serious complications such as bile leakage and bleeding after operation in the two groups. There was no difference in operation time, blood loss, the degree of wound pain and postoperative hospital stay between the two groups(P>0.05). The average total length of incision in group NLC was lower than that in LC group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); The wound in NLC group was not obvious, and the scar was relatively hidden, which possessed good aesthetic effect. Conclusion NLC makes the patients get satisfactory clinical effect and aesthetic effect by changing the surgical instrument and gallbladder extraction path.
