肩峰成形对冈上肌腱撕裂术后疗效的比较分析

摘要：目的比较关节镜下肩峰成形对外伤性冈上肌腱全层撕裂Ⅱ型肩峰患者修补术后临床效果的影响。方法选取我院2017年1月～2019年1月外伤性冈上肌腱撕裂接受手术治疗的47例Ⅱ型肩峰患者，随机分为肩峰成形组24例与非肩峰成形组23例，比较手术前、后两组Constant、ASES评分，评价肩关节功能。结果两组术前及术后6、12个月Constant、ASES评分比较，差异均无统计学意义（均P＞0.05）。结论外伤性冈上肌腱全层撕裂的Ⅱ型肩峰患者，肩峰成形不会改变关节镜下修复冈上肌腱后的功能结果。

Abstract：Objective To compare the effect of arthroscopic acromioplasty on patients with type II acromion combine with traumatic supraspinatus tendon full-thickness tear. Methods 47 type II acromion patients with traumatic supraspinatus tendon tear with surgery from January 2017 to January 2019 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into acromioplasty group（n=24）and nonacromioplasty group（n=23）. The Constant and ASES score before and after operation were compared for evaluating shoulder function. Results The difference of Constant and ASES score before and 6, 12 months after operation between the two groups were no statistical significance（all P＞0.05）. Conclusion Acromioplasty does not alter the function of supraspinatus tendon repaired by arthroscopic in patients with type II acromion combine with traumatic supraspinatus tendon full-thickness tear.
