Cyr61与MMP-7在结直肠癌中的表达及临床意义

 摘要:目的 探讨Cyr61、MMP-7在结直肠癌组织中的表达水平,及其与结直肠癌临床、病理指标的关系。方法 回顾性分析我院410例结直肠癌临床及病理资料,应用组织芯片技术(TMA)及免疫组化法检测Cyr61、MMP-7的表达水平。结果 Cyr61、MMP-7的表达在年龄及性别方面比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05);在pT、pN分期、血管神经侵犯及TNM分期方面比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。Cyr61表达与MMP-7表达呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论 Cyr61、MMP-7的高表达与结直肠癌的发生发展有一定关系,其表达强度与pT、pN分期、血管神经侵犯及TNM分期呈正相关;Cyr61的表达与MMP-7的表达呈正相关。

 Abstract:Objective To investigate the expression of Cysteine-Rich Angiogenic Inducer 61(Cyr61)and  matrix metalloproteinase-7(MMP-7)in colorectal cancer tissues and their relationship with clinical and pathological parameters of colorectal cancer. Methods Clinical and pathological data of 410 colorectal cancer cases were retrospectively analyzed. The expression levels of Cyr61 and MMP-7 were detected by tissue microarray(TMA)and immunohistochemistry. Results The expression of Cyr61 and MMP-7 compared in mean age and gender were no statistically significant differences(all P>0.05); Compared in pT, pN stage, vascular and nerve invasion, TNM stage were statistically significant differences(all P<0.05). The expression of Cyr61 was positively correlated with the expression of MMP-7(P<0.05). Conclusion The high expression of Cyr61 and MMP-7 are related to the occurrence and development of colorectal cancer. The expression intensity of them are positively related to pT, pN stage, vascular and nerve invasion and TNM stage. The expression of Cyr61 is positively related to the expression of MMP-7.
