泼尼松联合来氟米特治疗IgA肾病的临床疗效分析

摘要：目的探讨泼尼松联合来氟米特治疗IgA肾病的临床疗效。方法将IgA肾病患者70例采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，每组各35例。对照组给予泼尼松治疗，观察组给予泼尼松联合来氟米特治疗，比较两组临床有效率、治疗前后肾功能情况、血清白蛋白（ALB）含量，以及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组临床有效率高于对照组、肾功能改善优于对照组、ALB含量高于对照组、发生不良反应的病例数少于对照组，各组间比较，差异均有统计学意义（均P＜0.05）。结论泼尼松联合来氟米特治疗IgA肾病临床效果显著，可以改善患者肾功能，安全性高，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract：Objective To investigate the clinical effect of prednisone combined with leflunomide in the treatment of IgA nephropathy. Methods A total of 70 IgA nephropathy patients were divided into the control group and observation group by random number table method, with 35 cases in each group, were treated with prednisone in the control group, and prednisone combined with leflunomide in the observation group. The clinical effectiveness, renal function before and after the treatment, the content of serum albumin（ALB），and were compared between the two groups. Results In the observation group, the rate of clinical effect was higher, the improvement of renal function was better, the content of ALB was higher, the number of cases with adverse reactions was less than that of the control group（all P＜0.05）. Conclusion Prednisone combined with leflunomide in the treatment of IgA nephropathy has a significant clinical effect, can improve the renal function of patients, and high safety, worthy of clinical promotion and application.
