Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical application and nursing of continuous blood purification in the treatment of neonatal renal failure. Methods 13 neonates with renal failure were treated by continuous blood purification. The changes in the condition and the operating system of the machine were closely monitored during the treatment process, and effectively pipeline nursing, anticoagulation technique, temperature management, and skin management were actively carried out. Results The hemodynamics of neonatal were stable during the treatment, the vital signs, blood gas analysis, and biochemical parameters, and other indicators were significantly better after treatment. The incidence of nursing complications was low. Conclusion Continuous blood purification has a good effect in the treatment of neonatal renal failure, which is an ideal choice for the treatment of neonatal renal failure by removing excess water, metabolic wastes, and poisons, removing various cytokines and inflammatory mediators, correcting the disorders of water and electrolyte, and promoting the recovery of renal function. Skilled blood purification techniques and strict monitoring in the whole process ensure the safety and effectiveness of treatment.
