神经生长因子联合奥拉西坦治疗高血压脑出血的临床研究*

摘要：目的探讨神经生长因子联合奥拉西坦治疗高血压脑出血的临床疗效。方法选取2018年12月～2019年8月于我院治疗的60例高血压脑出血患者为研究对象，根据治疗方法的不同将其分为对照组和观察组，每组各30例。对照组应用奥拉西坦治疗，观察组在对照组基础上加用神经生长因子。比较两组治疗效果及治疗前、后NIHSS评分、Barthel指数、IL-6、CRP、TNF-α以及MMP-9和NSE变化。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组，NIHSS评分低于对照组，Barthel指数高于对照组，IL-6、CRP、TNF-α及MMP-9和NSE水平均低于对照组，两组比较差异均有统计学意义（均P＜0.05）。结论神经生长因子联合奥拉西坦治疗高血压脑出血临床有效，可显著改善脑神经功能，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract：Objective To explore the clinical effect of nerve growth factor combined with oxiracetam for hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods 60 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage were selected in our hospital from December 2018 to August 2019 and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group by treatment method, with 30 cases in each group. Oxiracetam was used in the control group, Nerve growth factor was combined in the observation group. The clinical effectiveness of the two groups, the NIHSS score, Barthel index, IL-6, CRP, TNF-α, and MMP-9 and NSE levels before and after treatment were compared. Results In the observation group, the treatment effective rate was higher, the NIHSS score was lower, the Barthel index was higher, the levels of IL-6, CRP, TNF-α, MMP-9 and NSE levels were lower than that in the control group, the differences were all statistically significant（all P＜0.05）. Conclusion Nerve growth factor combined with oxiracetam is effective in treating hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage, which can significantly improve brain nerve function, and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
