苯磺酸左氨氯地平联合培哚普利对高血压患者血压变异性的临床观察

摘要：目的观察苯磺酸左氨氯地平联合培垛普利分次给药对高血压患者血压变异性（BPV）的影响，探索临床干预BPV的新方法。方法选择2017年1月～2019年12月我院收治的高血压患者100例，随机将其分为对照组与研究组，每组各50例。对照组给予依那普利治疗，研究组给予苯磺酸左氨氯地平联合培垛普利治疗，比较两组的血压变异性。结果治疗后，两组dSBPV、dDBPV、24 hSBPV、24 hDBPV水平均较治疗前降低，且研究组降低优于对照组，两组比较差异均有统计学意义（均P＜0.05）；两组nSBPV、nDBPV均较治疗前降低，但组间比较差异无统计学意义（均P＞0.05）。结论苯磺酸左氨氯地平联合培垛普利治疗高血压患者，能改善血压变异性，临床效果较好。

Abstract：Objective To observe the effect of levamlodipine besylate combined with perindopril dividedly administered on BPV in patients with hypertension, and to explore a new clinical intervention for BPV. Methods 100 patients with hypertension admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to December 2019 were selected and randomly divided into control group and study group, with 50 cases in each group. The patients in control group were treated with enalapril, while in the study group were treated with levamlodipine besylate combined with perindopril. The blood pressure variability between the two groups was compared. Results After treatment, the levels of dSBPV、dDBPV、24 hSBPV、24 hDBPV in the two groups were lower than before treatment, and the reduction in the study group was better than that in the control group, the differences between the two groups were statistically significant（all P＜0.05）; The nSBPV and nDBPV in the two groups were lower than before treatment, but the difference was no statistically significant between the groups（all P＞0.05）. Conclusion Levamlodipine besylate combined with perindopril in the treatment of hypertension patients can improve the blood pressure variability, and has a better clinical effect.
