年龄与病程对功能性便秘患者血清脑肠肽的影响研究*

摘要：目的观察不同年龄、病程的功能性便秘患者的血清脑肠肽情况。方法将符合罗马Ⅲ功能性便秘诊断标准的60例患者用酶联免疫吸附法（ELISA）检测外周血浆中胃泌素（GAS）、血管活性肠肽（VIP）、5-羟色胺（5-HT）、P物质（SP）等血清脑肠肽的浓度，并按年龄与病程进行分类分析。结果各病程段功能性便秘患者的血清脑肠肽指标比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；而各年龄段之间比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论功能性便秘患者的病程是影响血清脑肠肽代谢的因素之一。

Abstract：Objective To observe serum brain-gut peptide in different ages and course of the patients with functional constipation. Methods 60 patients meeting the diagnostic criteria of Rome Ⅲ functional constipation were tested by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay（ELISA）for concentrations of serum brain-gut peptides such as gastrin（GAS）, vasoactive intestinal peptide（VIP）, serotonin（5-HT）, substance P（SP）, etc., who were classified and analyzed according to age and course of disease. Results There were statistically significant differences in serum brain-gut peptides of the patients with functional constipation in the different stages of disease（P＜0.05）； but there were no statistically significant differences in different age groups（P＞0.05）. Conclusion The course of functional constipation is one of the effective factors affecting the metabolism of serum brain-gut peptides.
