Abstract:Objective To explore the effect and influence oninflammatory factors of Hanchuan Zupa granules combined with budesonide and montelukast in the treatment of pediatric asthma. Methods From Oct. 2018 to Oct. 2020, one hundred and eighty children with bronchial asthmaselected in our hospital were divided into control group and observation group, 90 cases in each group. Budesonide combined with montelukast on the base of the conventional treatment in the control group, and Hanchuan Zupa granules were combined based on the treatment of the control group in the observation group. The clinical effect and influence on inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups. Results In the observation group, the total effective rate was better and the disappearing time of each clinically relevant symptom was shorter than those of the control group. After treatmentin the observation group, PaO2 was higher, PaCO2 was lower, IL-6 and TNF-α were lower than those in the control group. The above data were compared between groups, and the differences were statistically significant(χ2=7.457, t=4.900, 3.538, 4.507, 6.161, 17.39, 16.38, 4.885, 7.687, all P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(χ2=0.424, P>0.05). Conclusion Hanchuan Zupa granules combined with budesonide and montelukast in the treatment of children with asthma has a good clinical effect, can improve pulmonary function and control inflammatory response, has a high security, and is worthy of clinical popularization.
