Abstract:Objective To analyze the effect of self-made prescription combined with Western medicine on the treatment of infected wound patients. Methods From June 2021 to February 2022, 60 cases of infectious wound treated in our hospital were taken as the study subjects, and they were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional treatment combined with antibiotics, and the observation group was treated with self-designed Jiedu Yuyang solution on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy, ulcer size, ulcer depth and wound condition scores of the two groups were compared before and after treatment. Results The clinical efficacy of the observation group was better than that of the control group, and the difference between the groups was statistically significant (χ2=6.667, P<0.05); the ulcer surface size and wound condition scores of the observation group were better than those of the control group at the 3rd, 7th and 11th day after treatment, and the difference between the groups were statistically significant (t=3.172, 4.256, 4.117, 2.872, 3.405, 9.133, all P<0.05); comparing the number of ulcer surface depths in the two groups at 11th days after treatment, the observation group was better than the control group, and the differences between the groups were statistically significant (t=15.152, 5.934, 6.667, all P<0.05). Conclusion The application of self-made remedies combined with Western medicine in the treatment of patients with infected wounds can reduce the area of ulcer surface and the depth of ulcer surface, promote wound recovery and improve the effective rate of treatment, so it is recommended to use.
