Abstract：Objective To summarize the clinical experience of non-reamed intramedullary interlocking nail in the treatment of tibial fractures, and to provide reference for the treatment of tibial fractures. Methods A total of 43 patients with tibial fractures treated with non-reamed intramedullary interlocking nail in our hospital from January 2018 to September 2021 were selected, and the surgery and postoperative complications were recorded. Results All patients completed the surgery successfully, the mean operative time was （58.37±12.23） min, the mean intraoperative bleeding was （194.41±22.19） ml, the mean healing time was （12.34±6.47） weeks, and the postoperative status was evaluated as excellent in 24 cases and good in 19 cases; three cases of retracted nail, two cases of delayed healing, and three cases of knee pain were found at follow-up.  Conclusion Non-reamed intramedullary interlocking nail for the treatment of middle and lower tibial fractures has the advantages of short operation time, low bleeding and low postoperative complication rate, which is worthy of clinical application.
