factors in severe heatstroke patients. Methods A total of 60 patients with severe heatstroke in our hospital from June 2016 to April 2020 were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group, 30 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were given conventional western medicine treatment, and in the treatment group were given Angong Niuhuang Pill nasogastric feeding on the basis of control group. The serum inflammatory factor levels before and after treatment were compared between the two groups, and the adverse effects of the treatment group were observed. Results The levels of inflammatory factors in both groups on the 7th day of treatment were lower than those in the 2 h of admission, and both treatment groups were lower than the control group, and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(t=8.736, 8.793, 9.361, all P<0.05), no significant adverse reactions were seen in the treatment group during and after the treatment. Conclusion Angong Niuhuang Pill can reduce the serum levels of inflammatory factorin patients with severe heatstroke, and it is safe to use.
