肝脏具有合成、代谢、排泄的功能.当各种原因引起肝脏功能受损时,其临床生化指标会发生变化.现有的生化检查的都是在体内有一定代谢周期的产物,反映的是患者1～2个月的肝细胞功能状况,并不能准确、全面地反映抽血取样当时的肝功能.1983年13C-美沙西汀呼气试验在临床的运用,在一定程度上解决了以上问题,能够简单、即时、准确地反映检查当日的肝脏功能情况[1].
