化疗和放射治疗是肿瘤综合治疗的两大手段,现结合文献对其机制综述如下. 1 细胞凋亡的概念及现象 细胞凋亡是1972年由KerrJFR[1]等首先提出的,也叫做细胞的程序性死亡.是指在一定的条件下,细胞接受某种信号的刺激后,自行控制发生的自杀死亡过程.这是机体清除多余、变异或癌变细胞的一种主动的生理过程,在保持机体的自身稳定,调节细胞增殖和恶性肿瘤的发生发展中起重要作用.
