摘要：

|
胃原发恶性淋巴瘤(PGL)原发于黏膜下淋巴组织,是结外恶性淋巴瘤,在西方约占恶性肿瘤的5%～8%[1,2],因其发病率低,且临床表现缺乏特异性,临床诊断困难,误诊率极高.本文旨在总结治疗PGL的经验,为选择合理的治疗方法提供依据.
