摘要：

|
特发性肺纤维化(idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis,IPF)是一种原因不明的慢性炎症性间质性肺疾病,以弥漫性肺泡炎和肺泡结构紊乱而最终导致肺纤维化为特征,本病为一种独立的高致死性疾病,其预后与肺癌相同,有待于深入研究以揭示其致病病因和发病机制[1,2].
