缺血性脑血管疾病占全部脑血管病的43%～65%,且病死率及致残率均较高,复发率高达20%～40%.多年来,颅内外血管搭桥术(EC-IC)作为缺血性卒中的一种治疗方法,其应用价值一直存在争议.目前随着脑血流和脑功能检查技术的进展,人们对脑缺血性疾病的病理生理的认识更加深入,对外科治疗脑缺血的作用也有了新的认识,重新评价EC-IC的意义已被大家公认.本文就缺血性卒中的病理生理以及EC-IC在缺血性卒中的手术时机、操作方法、应用价值方面做一综述.
