Bcl2(B-cell lymphoma/leukemia-2,B细胞淋巴瘤/白血病)基因于1984年研究人类B细胞滤泡性淋巴瘤时首次发现.正常的Bcl2基因位于染色体18q1.3上,约含230Kb,有3个外显子和2个内含子.编码产物为26×103KDa的蛋白,位于线粒体膜、滑面内质网和核膜上.Bcl2基因家族是细胞凋亡的重要控制基因,在维持细胞生理性分化、发育和细胞数量的动态平衡中具有重要作用,他们的表达状态在一定程度上影响着肿瘤的发生、发展及多药耐药性的产生.凋亡是细胞受基因调控的程序性死亡过程,Bcl2是调控细胞凋亡的相关基因,是一种较为肯定的抗细胞凋亡基因[1,2].本身不能使细胞增殖,也不促进细胞恶性转化,但过度表达能抑制多种凋亡因素诱导的细胞凋亡,延长细胞的存活时间.虽然仅仅Bcl2蛋白的过度表达不足以引发肿瘤,但由于Bcl2能使细胞免于凋亡获得永生,Bcl2就有可能与某些癌基因产生协同作用最终导致肿瘤形成.Bcl2在多种肿瘤中的异常表达已得到证实.本文着重论述Bcl2与妇科肿瘤的关系.
